Seminario de literatura "The Realm of Literature" en Avila

Ahora en octubre empieza un seminario de literatura que me parece una oportunidad. Lo imparte un profesor de la Universidad de Princeton se llama Óscar Muñoz. Solo hay plazas para 10 personas y se llama The Realm of Literature. Esto lo he copiado de un díptico que he cogido en Ávila: Midway between philosophy, psychology and the arts, The Realm of Literature offers a unique perspective on the development of humankind. Half buried today under the visual industry of the media, literature survives as the ground support for both journalism and the motion pictures, while still maintaining its endangered inner sanctuary, the book, as a last reduct for ever diminishing educated minorities. The objective of these seminars is to make the student acquainted with the major themes in the study of literature and literary criticism. The vantage point taken is aesthetical which in its broadest sense means humanist and ample. Parece que lo acaba de empezar a anunciar. Yo ya me he apuntado. Hay 15 sesiones en las que hay que leer muchísimo y escribir papers ya a nivel muy alto. Espero que os animéis a venir, creo que de verdad puede ser transformador. Nur desde Ávila.
