This MDP for International Centre of Excellence aims to provide its participants a wide range of professional and personal skills, so that, they can boost a global strategic vision and enhance the management of Centre of Excellence.
Students will develop, among others, the following skills: specialization strategies in the campus, initiatives of internationalization, sustainability, strategies for developing and attracting talent, etc.
During the master programme, students will have the chance to study abroad in German, French and British universities.

Graduates. Managers and those who work in the management department of an ICE or those who have interest in this sector.
Fluent English is required.

Your salary may be between 30,000 and 36,000 Euro per year, according to your working experience and skills.

Structure:

The programme is imparted entirely in English and aims to be compatible with professional activity for that, blended learning is the methodology used.

The MDP consists of 354 hours according to the following structure:

4 classroom-based periods of 1 week of which two are included and will take place in Centres of Leer más Excellence abroad: The first in Germany or France and the second at a British Campus (it is expected that the first will be at the University of Karlsruhe and the second at Oxford or Warwick)
5 weekly online modules, 20 hours (100 hours)
Follow-up online (60 hours) 8 weeks
