I''m very happy to have had the opportunity to attend this master in international innovation management.
One of the key things for me was the diversity of the program, the diversity of the people were attending. We have friends now, colleagues from different countries, different sectors also from small-medium enterprises to big corporations and also small companies, start-ups for public and private sectors. It was a great experience as well, and it took the opportunity to attend this master in different countries, in different cities which I think is also relate innovation of diversity. There is a very interesting mix of professors from different countries and backgrounds mixing academics who also had spent a lot of time working in different companies and projects.
It''s all in english and gives you the opportunity to study, go back to your work, so normally we have 4-5 weeks between two different modules which means that you learn something, you experience something then you put it into practice once you are back to you day to day work.
Another beautiful thing about this master, is that is not a classic one, so if you are looking for something classic you should not attend this international master in innovation management! The program was well put together, it takes you out of your comfort zone which I think is a key thing in innovation. You see, taste and experience different things with different people in different countries and this is one of the key elements in this program: the diversity.
At the end of the program we have to present our own project which is the result of all those nine months. We were working on a specific project that brings value to us and also to our company and to society. It''s very important to try to put together all the things we have learnt and apply them to a specific product because I think this is what innovation is about: innovation is not just about creativity but transforming a good idea into something real that you can put into the market and then re-transforming a good idea into innovation that could be a product, a service or a new business model.
This master start with people from different countries that didn''t know each other, all speaking english that was our common language during this time, and it''s like starting a new company and after nine months I think we became a nice team.

Master in Business Innovation
It''s very different from all the other masters that are present on the market and that are offered by the universities, that''s why it is interesting for me. It''s innovation: everyone has done many things in other fields but not in innovation and now all the people were trying to do more and new things so that''s why it''s interesting to learn something about this.Our general background is very interesting because we are from different fields of the business and in life so it''s a good combination of qualities and background.
It''s a great value, we talk about innovation all the time so the keyword for innovation is the value added, and in this program it is quite much.
There are many exercises during the modules that are very funny, because business is not only seriousness and working on a table but also to have fun. Especially when it comes to innovation it is very important to have a creative environment, different to the one you are use to.
