The EOI was founded in 1955 as the first business school in Spain. Therefore, it became pioneer in developing training programmes on business skills. Since its foundation more than 50,000 professionals studied in its classroom, including those who now are occupying senior positions in organizations of renown.
Innovation, respect for the environment, entrepreneurship and the use of new technologies are the four main principles on which the EOI is based.

This one-year intensive course will allow students to advance very quickly in their professional career. They will enjoy an excellent education, having all kind of chances to improve their global management skills and living a unique experience in three different countries, where they will learn to improve their linguistic and communication skills.

Your salary as a GMBA may reach 36,000 Euro per year, according to your experience, responsibilities and management skills.
You will be become a professional prepared to manage businesses in a complex and international environment, and also an entrepreneur both inside and outside any organization.

University graduates or young professionals with a high level of English interested in developing their professional careers in a global business context and seek to sharpen their management and entrepreneurship skills.
Once you complete the MBA, you will achieve a solid working knowledge of the latest and most innovative management techniques and tools demanded to succeed in today´s global economy.

Estoy interesada en estudiar este Global MBA (In English). En junio de 2008 me gradué en la Universidad San Pablo Ceu de Madrid en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y actualmente estoy en Boston aprendiendo inglés.
Llego a España el próximo 14 de septiembre y, basándome en lo que he visto en su página, el curso empezaría con una preparacion de lenguaje el 15 de septiembre. Mi pregunta es si esta primera parte MBA es obligatoria, porque realmente estoy interesada en estudiar el máster pero no voy a tener tiempo.
Tambien me gustaría saber cuánto cuesta el MBA.

A competitive business manager needs to know the latest trends in technology, understand and commit to the need of a sustainable and social economy and to see the world as a unique globalised market. Moreover, he shall be an entrepreneur both inside and outside its own organization. Having these axes as a starting point, you will enrich your knowledge to become a professional prepared to manage businesses in a complex and international environment.
The objective of GMBA programme is to train international leaders in the field of business management. The GMBA programme is aimed at graduates or young professionals who wish to pursue a career in a global business context and seek to sharpen their management and entrepreneurship skills. Fluency in English is required; basic knowledge of Spanish highly recommended.
The one year accelerated course will allow students to quickly advance in their professional career by providing them with excellent education; enhancing their global management skills, living a full immersion experience in three different countries, building up on intercultural, linguistic and communication skills and entering the extensive and solid global network of EOI alumni.
Methodology:
Our Global MBA includes a variety of learning methodologies and activities specifically designed to introduce junior managers to the sophisticated and multilayered world of global business relationships. It concentrates in an in-depth study of three regions of the world and the intricate relations between them.
All of our courses are taught with a global perspective by faculty with an extensive international experience in order to offer students a comprehensive vision of the world. Through class lectures and discussions, case analysis and real live simulations always complemented by company visits students will have a first hand experience of what is like to work in a global company. Students also have the opportunity to meet and interact with outstanding learders of the business community who will share their particular professional experience with the group.
In addition to gaining business skills, kwoledge and leadership inshight the GMBS will be held in different locations worldwide. In each location, students will participate in a full program of lectures, seminars and company visits in order to in depth explore a particular market environment. At the same time students have the opportunity to meet with company managers and other experts in the field while having an enriching cultural and personal experience.
