The Master in Business Administration (MBA) is a master programme designed to ensure that the student develops an international globalised vision of Business Administration through a wide knowledge of management techniques in the various functional areas of a business (marketing, finance, production, human resources) and development of excellent analytical skills, participation and teamwork, in an international context, both in terms of students on the course and due to the opportunity to extend the learning process in other countries.

INTERNATIONAL NATURE
The Nebrija MBA offers students an education designed for a globalised world. The teaching staff has extensive international experience. The Nebrija MBA is taught entirely in English.

MANAGEMENT SKILLS
Students will be able to gain practice in management skills through outdoor activities, personalised coaching and practice in business decision making (business games).

Features of the course
The MBA Nebrija is a programme designed to ensure that students develop a global vision of business administration, through broad knowledge of management techniques in various functional areas (strategy, finance, marketing organisation, human resources, etc.) together with development of skills that students need in their professional careers in a globalised economy. The MBA Nebrija is taught entirely in English.
The students on the programme are university graduates holding a first degree who have completed their university studies with excellent results, and who wish to complete their training and reinforce their professional future by undertaking and successfully completing a professional performance in the area of general administration or functional management in an international sphere.
All the students who have not previously studied any subjects with financial and economic content may take a pre-master course which will provide them with sufficient knowledge of the course.
Teaching methods are oriented towards professional performance.
All the teaching staff are professionals with accreditation in their specialisation. The programme has a clear practical slant, applied to creating a business model and to decision making in business.

This course is fully adapted to the European Higher Education Area (Order 3534/2009 of 22 July of the Board of Education of the Autonomous Community of Madrid) and therefore it is valid throughout the European Union and the other countries who were signatories to the Bologna Agreements.

Students on the programme will gain practical management skills through the activities of our Development Centre: outdoor training, personalised coaching and exercises involving business analysis and decision making.

The teaching methodology has an eminently practical bias. All the teaching staff are professionals with accredited credentials in their speciality. The programme is practical, based on business decision-making tasks and techniques of companies in the sector.All participants in the Master programmes at the Business School will be able to practice developing management skills through the activities of our Development Centre: outdoor training, personalised coaching and exercises involving business analysis and decision making.


Prior to the start of the course, all the students who have not studied any business-related subjects may take a pre-master course which will enable them to gain knowledge in these areas required to make the best use of their educational studies.
