Este Curso de spanish as a second language pretende formar a sus alumnos en las culturas española y colombiana y dotarles de los conocimientos gramaticales y de vocabulario necesarios para poder desenvolverse con naturalidad en este idioma en diferentes situaciones. Para ello desarrollarán la comprensión escrita, hablada, leída y oída.
Los interesados podrán acceder cuatro modalidades diferentes de curso: curso general de español, curso intensivo, clases privadas o un intensivo de verano.
Dirigido a estudiante o habitantes de Colombia no hispanohablantes.
Conocer idiomas es uno de los puntos más importantes y que más en cuenta tienen hoy en día las empresas para contratar a sus empleados. Conocer el español y el inglés, los dos idiomas que más se hablan en el mundo, sería lo ideal para poder acceder a un buen puesto de trabajo.

Presentación:
The Department of Foreign Languages and Cultures offers a program in Spanish as a Foreign Language to the international community and foreigners living in Colombia. The main objective of the program is to learn the language and improve communicative competences by working in the four language skills: listening, writing, speaking and reading; giving participants the opportunity to know our culture.
Classes start every Monday and are delivered in the morning to give students the opportunity of participating in other activities in the afternoons. We offer participants a flexible program in which they can choose the number of weeks they want to study and when to start. All courses are complemented with a great variety of cultural activities and extracurricular courses that enrich the experience.
General objective of the course
To improve the communicative competences in Spanish and the intercultural competence.
Methodology
Theoretical and practical sessions with a communicative approach in which the students work on the four language skills: listening, speaking, writing and reading and learn an appropriate range of grammar and vocabulary. Students are given plenty of opportunities to participate in a great variety of life activities.
